Due to the perishable nature of our almond-based dips, we cannot accept physical returns; however, if your order arrives damaged or unsatisfactory, we are committed to making it right with a replacement or refund.

Return Process

  Inspect Your Shipment

  Upon arrival, please check your package immediately to ensure the Bitchin' Sauce is still cold and the seals are intact.

  Document Issues

  If there are any errors or damages, take a clear photo of the product and the shipping label to help us process your claim.

  Contact the Bitchin' Team

  Email our support crew within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the photos of the affected items.

• 4.
  Resolution Process

  Once reviewed, we will issue a store credit, a full refund to your original payment method, or ship out a fresh batch of sauce immediately.
